2. Technical requirements: Customized products must meet the quality and safety requirements of international standards, including corrosion resistance, anti-pollution testing and water-saving efficiency indicators; specific requirements for materials, manufacturing processes, etc. should also be clear.
3. Quantity requirements: According to the size of the customer's order, the minimum order quantity is a certain quantity, and a mass production plan can be provided according to the production schedule.
4. Delivery time: According to the complexity of the customized product and the order quantity, the delivery time will be clearly stated in the contract. Usually, the customization cycle needs to be booked in advance. After the sample is confirmed, the production cycle and delivery time are negotiated.
5. Customized samples: Provide the first batch of samples for customer approval, and the sample fee and transportation fee shall be borne by the customer; mass production will begin after the sample is confirmed to meet the requirements.
6. Customized price: The price is determined based on the complexity of the customized product, material cost, production process, order quantity and other factors. The customer will receive a specific quotation for review.
7. Payment method: 30% prepayment, 70% prepayment, the specific payment process and time limit will be specified in the customization agreement.
8. Customization agreement: Customers need to sign a formal customized product agreement with Guangdong Ai Gao Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., detailing product specifications, technical parameters, delivery time, payment terms, etc.
9. After-sales service: Customized products are promised to enjoy at least one year of warranty, and provide comprehensive after-sales service support, including replacement of wearing parts, product maintenance, technical consultation, etc.
10. Cooperation: Long-term partners will enjoy preferential price policies and market support, such as marketing materials, advertising cooperation, etc., to jointly expand market share.
